Allison Donaghy

Allison Donaghy has a diverse range of work experience. Allison started as a Salesperson at Nordstrom in 2009 and later worked as a Barista at the 7th Street Cafe. In 2010, they became a Peer Writing Consultant at the Bucknell Writing Center. Allison then worked as a Marketing Intern at ResideX-Turfgrass in 2011 before joining Turnstile Coffee Roasters as a Barista. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at RISE (Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment) as a Communications Coordinator and Communications and Media Intern. In 2015, they became a Manager at Pacers Running, where they worked until 2018, taking on various roles including Senior Sales Associate and Assistant Manager. From 2015 to 2018, they also worked as a Freelance Writer and Editor. Allison returned to Pacers Running in 2018 as a Team Lead Clarendon + Fairfax and later became the Virginia Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Retail Operations at Pacers Running, starting in July 2021.

Allison Donaghy attended Bucknell University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Creative Writing. Prior to that, they attended Colts Neck High School from 2005 to 2008. Before attending Colts Neck High School, they attended Allentown High School from 2004 to 2005.
