Thang Pham

Thang Pham has extensive work experience in the field of biosciences. Thang started their career in 1984 as a Senior Research Enzymologist at Pharmacia P-L Biochemicals. Thang then moved to Pharmacia Biotech in 1986, where they worked as a Senior Scientist and Group Leader. In 1990, they joined Clontech as the Director of Product Development. After that, they worked at Ciphergen Biosystems, Inc. as the Biochemical Development Manager from 1996 to 2004. During this time, they played a key role in developing protein purification and identification techniques and training others in these techniques. Finally, they joined Pacific Biosciences in 2005 and has held various roles including Senior - Senior Staff Scientist and Principal Scientist.

Thang Pham holds a B.A. degree in Chemistry, Physics, and Math from Lake Forest College. Thang also has a Ph.D. in Physical Biochemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Additionally, they have completed a Post Doc program in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at Yale University.
