Mike Johnson

SVP Business Development at Pacific Coast Title Company

Mike Johnson has a strong background in sales and business development. Mike started their career as a Territory Account Manager at Black and Decker, where they were responsible for product sales and market brand awareness. Mike was promoted three times in two years and gained experience in Denver, Las Vegas, and Southern California. Mike then worked as a Regional Sales Manager at FARO Technologies, where they were responsible for sales to aerospace companies in California. After that, they became a Regional Sales Manager and Network Specialist at SBC, where they led a successful team and exceeded sales quotas. Mike also owned and operated Havana Tanning Company, successfully growing the business and selling it with a significant return on investment. Following this, they worked as a National Sales Representative at LSI Title and later as a Sales Manager at NEXTITLE. Currently, they are focusing on business development as the SVP at Pacific Coast Title Company. In this role, they attract, retains, and coaches talented sales professionals, exhibiting qualities such as being a rainmaker, strategic planner, and master negotiator.

Mike Johnson attended Westlake Village High School from 1985 to 1989, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following that, from 1992 to 1996, they pursued their studies in Political Science and Government at San Diego State University.
