Lauren Cane

Lauren Dodds has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and positions. Lauren is currently working as a Human Resources Coordinator at Pacific Data Integrators, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the same company from August 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Pacific Data Integrators, Dodds worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Kawartha Capital Construction Ltd. from August 2018 to July 2022. During this time, they gained valuable experience in HR functions and responsibilities.

Dodds also had a role as a Consultant at Global Leadership Initiatives, Inc. from April 2018 to April 2019, where they provided consulting services. Lauren further enhanced their skills as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology from January 2018 to August 2018.

In earlier positions, Dodds demonstrated their versatility and adaptability. Lauren worked as a Human Resources/Health and Safety Coordinator at Bin There Dump That - GTA from August 2017 to August 2018. Lauren also served as a Resource Associate - Summer Position at YMCA Durham Employment and Community Centre from May 2017 to September 2017.

Dodds gained experience in hospitality industries as well. Lauren worked as a Kitchen Assistant/Snack Bar Server at Lakeridge Links and Whispering Ridge Golf Club from June 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, they took on the roles of Sales Associate/Key Holder/Health and Safety Representative at Bentley Leathers Inc. from August 2016 to March 2017, and Seasonal Sales Associate at Green Earth from October 2014 to March 2016.

Dodds also completed a Human Resource Management Field Placement at Abilities Centre from October 2015 to April 2016 to further develop their HR skills.

Lauren Dodds started their education at Jack Miner Public School from 1999 to 2009, where they pursued general studies and received no specific degree. Lauren then attended Donald A Wilson Secondary School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma while continuing with their general studies. Moving forward, from 2013 to 2016, Dodds attended Durham College, where they completed a Business Administration Human Resources Diploma with a focus on Human Resources Business Administration. Finally, they pursued higher education at Ontario Tech University from 2016 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies.
