Lisa Burks

Lisa Burks has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Senior Director of Enterprise Project Management and Office of CIO at Pacific Dental Services. In this role, they partnered with senior executives to lead corporate planning and capital investment activities. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of the Organizational Program Management Office at Children's Hospital of Orange County, where they managed a portfolio of $200M and facilitated strategic and business planning activities. LISA also held positions such as Director of Implementations at XIFIN, Inc., where they managed software implementation projects, and Product/Program Management, Operations and Information Service at RainTree Oncology Services, where they led the development of various business lines. Before that, Lisa held the role of Director of Project Management Office at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., overseeing product and project management and leading key process improvement efforts. LISA started their career at Kaiser Permanente, where they served as the Manager of the Project Management Office and Business Operations Support. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and process improvement.

Lisa Burks holds a Master's of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. LISA also earned an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Coleman College and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management from Columbia Southern University. In addition, Lisa obtained certifications in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, ITIL Foundation Level 4 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from Six Sigma USA.
