Mynette Cannata

Mynette Cannata, PHR has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over 16 years. Mynette currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Pacific Grove Hospital since October 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Senior HR Director at Solid Landings Behavioral Health from March 2015 to October 2016.

From 2011 to 2015, Mynette held the position of Senior HR Business Partner - Western Region at CRC Health Group, where they were responsible for overseeing human resources functions and providing support to facility management and employees.

Before joining CRC Health Group, Mynette worked as an HR Consultant/Executive Assistant to the President at SCCO from 2009 to 2011. Mynette also served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Fuscoe Engineering from April 2008 to January 2009.

Mynette began their career as a Regional HR Director at Arizona Tile from February 2005 to April 2008, followed by their role as Regional HR Manager at White Brothers from 2000 to 2005. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Mynette Cannata, PHR obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) degree from Brandman University in 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a business field of study at Fullerton College from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they hold certifications in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and obtained their PHR certification from HRCI in December 2010.
