Ann Romosz

Ann Romosz, Ph.D., is a seasoned Senior OD/DEI Consultant and Research Scientist with extensive experience in organizational development and research methodologies. Currently serving at Brighter Strategies, LLC, George Mason University, and the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, Ann specializes in organizational transformation, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, providing high-quality analysis and strategic recommendations. With a robust background in academia, including roles as Associate Research Program Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and faculty positions at Walden University and Buffalo State College, Ann has managed over 30 successful research projects, mentored numerous junior researchers, and published original research in scientific journals. Ann's leadership roles also include data analysis and program evaluation in various social sectors, encompassing public safety, community health, and educational initiatives.
