Lisa Latendresse

Lisa Latendresse, SPHR has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Lisa currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Pacific Northwest Research Institute, leading a team of world-class scientists. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant, where they provided expert guidance and support to clients in areas such as employee relations, compliance, and handbook revisions. Lisa also held the position of Head of People at Route Line and getGOODNESS, where they played a key role in managing and developing HR strategies. Additionally, Lisa has held significant HR leadership positions at Entrust Global Group LLC and OYO USA.

Lisa Latendresse, SPHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Washington. In 2018, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
