Rachael Copeland

Rachael Copeland is an experienced HR professional who has held various roles in different companies. Rachael worked as a Vice President, HR Business Partner at Pacific Premier Bank from June 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Global HR Business Partner at Hitachi Vantara from February 2019 to June 2019. From September 2014 to January 2019, Rachael was an HR Business Partner at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Before that, they served as an HR Manager at Samsung Electronics America from November 2012 to September 2014. Rachael also participated in the HR Leadership Development Program at Raytheon from May 2010 to November 2012.

Rachael Copeland, SPHR holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the same institution in 2010. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish, which they received in 2009 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Rachael has also obtained several additional certifications, including being an MBTI Certified Facilitator, Crucial Accountability Certified Facilitator, DISC Certified Facilitator, Six Sigma Specialist, and having the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
