Ryan Schnobrich

Joining PRS in 2020, Ryan possesses more than twenty years of accounting, finance, real estate and software application experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Oregon Principal Broker and California Principal Broker. He has held several real estate, insurance and securities licenses throughout his career. He has participated in more than $1 billion in financing and venture capital activity and has served a key role in numerous acquisitions, dispositions, development projects and technology implementations. Prior to joining PRS, Ryan was the Chief Audit Executive of Southern Oregon University, the Chief Financial Officer of a large multi-state multifamily property management company and the Chief Financial Officer of a multi-state commercial real estate developer. Ryan graduated with honors from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management of the Claremont Graduate University with a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Finance.
