Marilyn Trinidad

Marilyn Trinidad is an experienced engineering and operations manager with a diverse background in technical and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Lutron Electronics since November 2022, Marilyn also holds the position of Operations Manager at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company. Prior to these roles, Marilyn spent several years at Asepco, Inc. as the Technical and Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included developing customer service metrics and improving operational procedures. Marilyn's earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group, Manufacturing Engineer at Cummins Filtration and Pentair Water, and a co-op student at John Deere. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
