Ryan Flynn

Ryan Flynn has extensive work experience in the legal field. Ryan began their career as an Associate at Troutman Sanders LLP in 2001 before joining Davis Wright Tremaine as an Associate in 2004. In 2006, they joined PacifiCorp, where they served as Legal Counsel and eventually became Vice President and General Counsel. In 2015, Flynn established their own company called BLI Partners, which focused on economic development between The Netherlands and Oregon. In 2016, they also worked as Director of European Affairs at VH Strategies. In 2018, Flynn joined Pacific Power as Vice President and General Counsel before moving to their current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at PacifiCorp in 2021.

Ryan Flynn received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Politics from Willamette University in 1997. Ryan later earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2002.
