Senior Account Executive at Packback

Daniel Green has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Daniel began their career at the State of Illinois Comptroller's Office as a Medicaid Billing IT Support Specialist. Daniel then took the position of Assistant to Labor Liaison, where they served as Governor's SECA Ambassador to the Comptroller's Office and assisted with internal investigations, employee discipline, and attendance issues. Daniel drafted and negotiated the 2008 collective bargaining agreement, crafted and oversaw the New Employee Orientation Program and the Employee Recognition Committee, and penned a study on the financial impact of implementing a 4-day workweek. In 2009, they joined NCSA Athletic Recruiting as a Business Development Manager/Senior Scouting Coordinator. Daniel was initially hired in sales, and was promoted to a Partner Development/Account Manager in the Marketing Team former B2B partnerships. Daniel created a new marketing process that resulted in an additional $6M of annual revenue and the staffing of twenty additional teammates. Daniel also reviewed nine awards for excellence over a two year period. In 2016, they joined HealthcareResearch.org (myCNAjobs) as a Partner Development Manager/Account Executive. Daniel'srole was to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with companies and programs across the nation. In 2018, they joined Packback as an Executive Strategy Consultant. Daniel'srole was to awaken and fuel the fearless, relentless curiosity in every student through Packback's social learning platform.

Daniel Green attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education. Daniel also holds a Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification.
