Eric Hatfield

Eric Hatfield is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in VoIP solutions and systems engineering. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect at Packet Fusion since April 2015, Eric previously held the role of Sr. VoIP Engineer at inhouseIT from 2008 to 2015. Earlier career positions include Director of Production at BTI Communications and Systems Engineer at BSB Communications, Inc. Eric's expertise encompasses pre-sales engineering of VoIP solutions and the implementation of digital PBX systems. Education includes studies at Macomb Community College from 1993 to 1995.
