Eveliss Zenner

Vice President, Total Rewards at Pactiv Evergreen

Eveliss Zenner has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and HR excellence. Eveliss has held several leadership roles throughout their career, starting with their most recent position as Vice President of Total Rewards at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. In this role, they are responsible for optimizing the learning organization and leading the total rewards function.

Prior to their current role, Zenner served as the Sr. Director of Compensation and HR Excellence at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., where they led compensation, HRIS/HR solutions, and HR shared services. Eveliss was also responsible for advocating for disruptive innovation and building a foundation for a learning organization.

Before joining Pactiv Evergreen Inc., Zenner worked at Transformco as the Director of Compensation. In this role, they directed corporate and executive compensation, provided leadership to a multi-state compensation team, and centralized the compensation function.

Zenner also has experience as the Director of Compensation at KeHE Distributors, where they managed broad-based, sales, and executive compensation programs for over 5,000 employees across the US. Eveliss oversaw incentive plan review, creation, implementation, and administration.

Earlier in their career, Zenner worked as the Compensation Manager at James Hardie Building Products, where they led the compensation team and directed compensation programs for over 2,800 employees across the US and Canada.

Prior to that, they served as the Senior Business Project Manager and Total Rewards Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. In these roles, they assisted with executive conferences, managed budgets, led compensation and benefits functions for over 1,500 employees, and provided compensation consulting and guidance.

Zenner began their career at Banco Popular North America as a Compensation Analyst, where they supported the compensation function, participated in salary surveys, managed the merit process, and maintained queries in HRIS.

Throughout their career, Zenner has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on optimizing compensation programs, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in the HR field.

Eveliss Zenner holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago, which they obtained from 2022 to 2027. Eveliss also completed the Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management in 2020. Prior to these achievements, Eveliss completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Dominican University. Eveliss earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from North Park University and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration from Northwestern College. In addition to their formal education, Eveliss has obtained various certifications, including the Women's Leadership Program from Yale School of Management Executive Education and certifications in leadership and human resources from LinkedIn, WorldatWork, SHRM, and the HR Certification Institute.
