Michael Gudgeon

Michael Gudgeon has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry. Michael began their career in 1987 as a Member of the Board of Trustees (ESOP) and Shift Supervisor at Woodman's Food Markets. In 1998, they became Plant Manager at Prent Corporation. Michael then moved to Miniature Precision Components in 2010, where they held the same role. In 2011, they were a student at Blackhawk Technical College. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Sr. Production Supervisor at Fairbanks Morse Engine, where they were responsible for overseeing all manufacturing in the components building and other duties. From 2014 to 2015, they held the role of Production Supervisor at Bay Valley Foods. From 2015 to 2021, they were Director of Operations and Production Manager at Panoramic Inc. Finally, in 2021 they became Production Manager at EVCO Plastics and in 2022 they became Plant Manager at Pacur LLC.

Michael Gudgeon completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University in 2018. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Management from Blackhawk Technical College in 2012. In 2003, they attended Coconino County Community College for Business.
