Fernanda Pascale

Fernanda Pascale has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Fernanda began their career in 1998 at Momsen, Leonardos & Cia. as an IP lawyer, where they provided representation for national and international clients in judicial cases related to intellectual property, as well as the elaboration of opinions and contracts on intellectual property matters. In 2003, they joined Unilever as a Legal Counsel, and in 2009, they became the Legal Manager at Rede Energia S/A. In 2011, they joined LMRG - Leonardi Mancini Rocha Ghirardi as a Senior Counsel and Managing Partner, where they reshaped the legal assistance model of the firm with a business-oriented perspective, increasing the firm's revenue by more than 30% in the first three years. Fernanda also implemented administrative and archive routines to save time, space, and costs. In 2012, they were seconded to Yahoo as an In-House Counsel, where they coordinated the team on responding to law enforcement and judicial orders and users notifications. Fernanda also reviewed core business contracts and supported editorial and marketing teams on legal issues. In 2019, they became Legal & Government Relations Director at OYO Brasil, where they led the tax and regulatory strategy, structured and developed the local legal team, and led the union negotiation strategy. In 2020, they were promoted to Legal & Government Relations Head OYO LATAM, and in 2021, they joined iFood as Head of Regulatory Affairs and Legal Fintech & New Products. At iFood, they structured and developed the Regulatory, Fintech and New Products legal team in a fast-paced environment, implementing digital tools and training top talented people with a business partner approach. Fernanda is currently Legal Director at Pagaleve.

Fernanda Pascale's education history includes attending Colégio Dante Alighieri from 1981 to 1991 for elementary and high school, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Law from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1992 to 1996. Fernanda then pursued a Master's Degree in Direitos da Personalidade - Direitos de Imagem e Voz from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2007 to 2010, followed by a Doctor's Degree in Copyright - Direitos de Autor from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2011 to 2014. Lastly, they graduated with a Degree in Tax and Corporate Law - Direito Societário e Tributário from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2015 to 2017.
