Aaron Levisohn

Aaron Levisohn, PhD, currently serves as Senior Manager of User Research at PagerDuty, overseeing a team of UX Researchers and managing user research projects to enhance access and scalability across the organization. Previously, Aaron held notable positions at Scotiabank, including Senior User Experience Researcher and Senior Design Strategist within the Digital Factory, where inclusive usability testing was emphasized. Aaron also contributed as User Experience Design Researcher at The University of British Columbia, leading research for a significant project aimed at re-envisioning the Student Information System. With a diverse background in UX research, design, and education, Aaron's experience spans various organizations, including consulting roles and academic positions, where a focus on interactive technologies and user experience has been central. Education credentials include a PhD in Interactive Art and Technology from Simon Fraser University and a Master’s in Human Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
