Irving Gomez

Irving Gomez is an experienced legal professional currently serving as VP, Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at PagerDuty, where responsibilities include leading corporate governance, securities, M&A, and compliance efforts within the Legal Department. Prior to joining PagerDuty in October 2021, Irving held various senior legal roles at Intel Corporation from September 2005 to September 2021, focusing on public reporting, corporate governance, and compliance. Additionally, Irving contributed to the Society for Corporate Governance as Chair of the Corporate Practices Committee and held board positions with the California Minority Counsel Program and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. Earlier experience includes positions at Morrison & Foerster, Standard Chartered Bank, and Loeb & Loeb. Irving holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
