Shelley Webb

Shelley Webb is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at PagerDuty, overseeing all legal affairs for the publicly-traded technology company. Prior to joining PagerDuty, Shelley held various legal roles at Intel Corporation, including Vice President and Group General Counsel for Client Computing Group. With a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. with High Distinction in Economics and Government from the University of Virginia, Shelley has a strong background in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and litigation.
