Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Client Services EMEA at PagerDuty, Tony oversees customer engagement across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments, enhancing value realization through strategic management. Prior to this, Tony was the VP, Global Head of Services at Syncron, and held various leadership positions at ServiceMax, TIBCO Software Inc., Blackbaud, Click Software, Siebel, Sybase, and Unisoft. With a solid foundation in engineering and a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from De Montfort University, Tony has consistently driven service delivery, project management, and team growth throughout an impressive career spanning over three decades.
