Yulia Dyrda

Yulia Dyrda is a Customer Success Operations Manager at PagerDuty since July 2023, focusing on building reporting cadences, mining data for resource optimization, and creating dashboards to track KPIs. Prior to this role, Yulia served the International Committee of the Red Cross from July 2015 to May 2022, managing micro-economic initiatives to support economically vulnerable populations affected by armed conflict. Yulia’s earlier experience includes serving as Chief Economist at Мінрегіон України, where guidance was provided for the Municipal Sector Subsidy Program across 24 regions, and as an Economist, offering analytical and technical support. Yulia holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics from Bukovyna State Finance Academy and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the National Academy of Public Administration.
