Ron Pierce has a long and successful career in the healthcare industry. Starting in 1981, they held a Region Manager role with Caremark/Baxter/American Hospital Supply (Cardinal Health). Ron was promoted seven times during their time with this company. In 1989, they moved to Caremark, where they held the role of Vice President. Here, they were responsible for the industry leader in pharmacy benefits management, physician practice management, specialty disease management and drug infusion services. In 1995, they joined US Oncology as Vice President Operations/COO, where they scaled the largest single-specialty oncology physician practices management company. Ron then moved to Integrated Orthopaedics, Inc. in 1996, where they were Founder/Chief Executive Officer. Ron founded a medical waste services company, WM Healthcare Solutions, Inc., in 2005 and was Founder/President. In 2011, they founded Waste2zero Solutions, where they were also Founder/President. In 2015, they founded Physiotronix and was Founder/President. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Pain Specialists of America as Chief Executive Officer and Director, as well as President & COO. In this role, they are responsible for providing comprehensive, single-source pain management through an extended portfolio of resources, interventional therapies and advanced technologies.
