Director of Lifecycle Marketing at Pair Eyewear

Nikee Pomper has a wealth of experience in customer retention and loyalty marketing, having worked in the field for over 18 years. In 2003, they began their career as a Senior Marketing Manager at Event 360. Nikee then moved on to become a CRM Strategist at Fame and Partners in 2013, and a Direct Marketing Manager at Global Analytics in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, Pomper held two positions at Groupon as a CRM Customer Growth Manager and CRM Regional Account Lead for Asia Pacific and Latin America. Nikee then took on the role of Senior Marketing Manager - Customer Retention at Brad's Deals in 2017. In 2018, Pomper joined FTD as a Senior Manager - Email Marketing & Loyalty, and was promoted to Director - Retention & Loyalty Marketing and then Senior Director - Retention & Loyalty Marketing. In 2021, they moved to Bombas as Senior Director - Lifecycle & Growth, and is currently the Head of Lifecycle & Retention at Pair Eyewear.

Nikee Pomper has a diverse educational background, beginning with their high school diploma from Fenwick High School. Nikee then obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Kansas. Following this, they completed a Master of Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Most recently, they obtained a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer certification from CrossFit, LLC.
