Rich Durham, MBA has over 10 years of experience in operations and supply chain management. In 2021, they joined Pair Eyewear as Senior Supply Chain & Operations Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they held various roles at S'well, including Manager, North American Logistics and Senior Associate, Distribution & Fulfillment. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at ILVA s.a. as Operations Manager, where they provided customer service support to US-based distributors, scheduled LTL freight shipments, managed stock levels, and managed shipment of stock replenishment containers. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at McMaster-Carr as an Operations Manager. From 2012 to 2011, they worked at Peace Corps as a Small Business Development/Education, where they conducted feasibility studies, wrote winning proposals, drew up business plans, and obtained competitive bids from machinery exporters. From 2011 to 2010, they worked at Ayuda en Acción as a Microbusiness Development Intern, where they researched value-chain profiles of rural microbusinesses, conducted technical workshops, and served as an advisor in the formation of a nascent clothing manufacturing microbusiness. Lastly, from 2010 to 2011, they worked at Lafayette Economic Empowerment & Global Learning Project as a Mellon Foundation Fellow & Project Manager, where they developed frameworks and implemented agricultural entrepreneurship projects, managed project and site-visit budgets, drafted labor contracts, and wrote evaluative reports and memorandums.

Rich Durham, MBA has a diverse educational background. Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Lafayette College in 2011, and in 2009 they studied abroad at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Rich then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University in 2019.
