Scott Craycraft

Scott Craycraft has a long and varied career in the engineering and sales industries. In 2021, they began working as a Quality Manager for Pair Eyewear. From 2015 to 2021, they were a Reliability Engineering Manager at Exemplis LLC, where they led a small team of multidisciplinary technical experts with oversight of product design analysis and product validation testing. From 2007 to 2015, they were an R&D Manager - Product Integrity and R&D Lab Manager at Oakley, where they applied critical thinking, design, testing, and analytical skills to product performance issues and ensured that customers experienced the superior performance of Oakley products. From 2003 to 2007, they were the Director of Operations at Fluidic Systems, where they worked with a team to engineer, manufacture, market, and support a novel plural-component meter-mix system. From 1997 to 2003, they were the Outside Sales Manager at Hoffman Enclosures, where they handled the Orange County territory.

Scott Craycraft attended El Toro High School from 1984 to 1988. Scott then went on to earn a B.S. in Computer Science & Mathematics from Illinois College in 1991. In 2000, they completed an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
