Taylor E. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They are currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at PairUp, a digital platform that utilizes generative AI to improve workplace efficiency and knowledge sharing. Prior to this, Taylor worked as a Nonprofit Coach & Consultant and as a Coach at Resetting the Table. They also served as a Creative Process Facilitator at Jewish Studio Project. Taylor gained extensive experience in the field of learning and design at UpStart, where they held several positions such as Managing Director, Learning & Design, Senior Director, Design Strategy, and Director of Design Strategy. They also worked as an Interim Program Director and Program Manager at UpStart. Before their tenure at UpStart, Taylor worked as a Mentorship Consultant at Tamalpais Union High School District. They also held the position of Director of YouthFirst Programs at JFCS of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties, and served as a Youth Program Coordinator & Camp Director at Osher Marin Jewish Community Center. Taylor has a wealth of experience in customer success, coaching, program management, and youth development.

Taylor E. pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University from the year 2013 to 2014. Prior to this, Taylor E. completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, spanning from 1999 to 2003.
