Jonathan Louie

Jonathan Louie has a strong background in finance and administration. Jonathan served as the Senior Director of Finance at Palecek since April 2020. Prior to that, they were the CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at California Closets from 2010 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for business growth, annual long-term planning, and executing franchise buy-back and acquisition integration plans. Jonathan also held the position of VP Finance/Finance Leader at Marinco Electrical Group from 2004 to 2010, where they oversaw finance, accounting, IT activities, and played a key role in acquisition integration initiatives. Additionally, they served as the Acting President at Marinco Electrical Group in 2006. Before joining Marinco Electrical Group, Jonathan was the Vice President and Group Controller at Specialty Electrical Connectors from 1995 to 2004. In this role, they implemented ERP solutions, improved profitability, and managed financial planning for various departments and divisions.

Jonathan Louie has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Additionally, they hold an inactive Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
