Andrea Avigni

Andrea Avigni is a professional with extensive experience in food safety and consulting, currently serving as a Consulente Igiene Alimentare HACCP at SILKA SRL since March 2018, where responsibilities include developing HACCP control plans and providing training for food industry professionals. Additionally, Andrea has held the role of Consulente Igiene Alimentare and is a member of AICIA since April 2018. Since July 2012, Andrea has also been the Responsabile Instant Replay at Pallacanestro Varese Spa, and previously worked as an Ispettore di Zona/Dietista for SERIST SERVIZI RISTORAZIONE SRL from September 2010 to December 2017, managing the Varese-Como-Lecco area.
