About the Role

The Value Creation team leads the way in shaping, designing and delivering growth for clients with a focus on existing market domination, new market entry and new project / service development. We drive sustainable growth for clients by helping them discover market trends and insights and embed new business models, services and products.

We are looking for a Senior Manager who can join our team to support the development of the proposition and lead the delivery of our Sales and Marketing Enablement programmes.  

This includes setting the vision, unearthing actionable insights from primary and secondary research, engaging leadership and stakeholders, designing sales & marketing enablement programmes, quantifying the value exchange and delivering the roadmap. Using a combination of tools, methodology and creativity, you will design and execute sales & marketing initiatives to maximise the company value and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative. You will work across a number of sales & marketing engagements and be accountable for managing client relationships, providing direction to programmes, overseeing quality assurance and setting up high performing teams. A growth consultant at heart, you must be comfortable in both a strategy and execution role ensuring Palladium can truly unlock the full potential of a business.
