Wendy Heller Young

Wendy Heller Young, M.Ed., PMP, serves as the Senior Manager of Learning Development at Palladium: Make It Possible since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in organizational learning and development. Prior roles include Learning Manager at Capital One, where program performance was enhanced through the identification of learning gaps, and Senior Manager of Organizational Culture at Eagle Hill Consulting, leading human capital and change management initiatives. Earlier in the career, Wendy worked as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer at SRA International, managing training programs for federal clients. As the Instructional Technology Coordinator for Arlington Public Schools, leadership in technology integration and professional development was provided, along with experience as an Adjunct Instructor of Computer Science at Northampton Community College. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in BioBehavioral Health from Penn State University and a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from DeSales University.
