Hrishikesh Mehta

Hrishikesh Mehta has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Hrishikesh started their career as a Post Doctoral Fellow at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine in 2010 and worked there until 2015. Following that, they joined Virginia Commonwealth University as an Assistant Professor from October 2015 to August 2018. Hrishikesh then moved on to Cleveland Clinic where they worked as a Project Staff member from September 2018 to February 2023. Currently, they are working as a Scientist II at Palleon Pharmaceuticals from February 2023 onwards.

Hrishikesh Mehta pursued their education in a systematic and progressive manner. Hrishikesh began their academic journey at St. Xavier's College/University of Mumbai, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Life Sciences from 1997 to 2000.

Building upon their foundational knowledge, Hrishikesh then enrolled at Ruia College/University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2002 to pursue their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Life Sciences. This further deepened their understanding and expertise in the field.

Motivated by their passion for research and the desire to advance scientific knowledge, Hrishikesh then joined Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science from 2002 to 2010. During this period, they dedicated their efforts to complete their PhD in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. This rigorous program allowed him to specialize in a specific area of study and further contribute to the scientific community.
