Jason Cole has a diverse work experience in hydrogeology and environmental assessment. Jason started their career at Jacques Whitford as a Junior Hydrogeologist and Field Technician in 2002. Jason then joined Geosyntec Consultants as a Contaminant Hydrogeology Intern in 2004. In 2005, they worked as a Graduate Student and Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at AECOM as a Hydrogeologist, where they led hydrogeological investigations for infrastructure projects and Environmental Assessments. Since 2013, Jason has been working at Palmer in various roles, including Hydrogeologist, Principal, Senior Hydrogeologist, and currently as Vice President Operations and Principal Hydrogeologist. At Palmer, they provide project direction and leadership in environmental assessment processes for major new projects in various sectors.
Jason Cole obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Earth Science with a specialization in Environmental Hydrogeology from the University of Waterloo. Jason completed this degree between the years 2000 and 2005. Later, they pursued further education and achieved their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Hydrogeology from the same university, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008.
