Alan Liu

Alan Liu is the Chief Executive Officer at Palms Insurance since June 2022. Prior to that, Alan served as the Executive Director - Risk Management and Partner, New Ventures at NextEra Energy, Inc. from April 2021 to present. Before joining NextEra Energy, Alan held roles as Managing Director and Vice President at Goldman Sachs from March 2015 to April 2021. Alan also worked as Vice President at Credit Suisse from July 2009 to February 2015. Alan started his career as a Finance Analyst at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, Inc. and Ford Motor Company. Alan earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2009, and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2004.
