Elvis Bottega is a seasoned professional in customer success and technology management, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Palo Alto Networks since August 2021, overseeing the EMEA Customer Success SASE business for high-touch customers and managing a team of 14 Customer Success Managers. Previously, Elvis held the position of Senior Manager for Customer Success at Palo Alto Networks, leading a team of over 25 employees and achieving significant growth in services. Prior experience at Cisco Systems included roles as Manager of System Engineering and IoT Global Tech Lead, where Elvis successfully established the IoT operational unit and managed the Community Development Engineering team. Elvis began the career as an Associate Systems Engineer at Cisco after a foundation in telecommunications research at Aalborg University. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Data Science from ETH Zürich and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
