Erica Kelley

Erica Kelley serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Palo Alto Networks since November 2012, providing legal guidance on global labor and employment matters across over 60 countries and supporting various business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior roles at the company include VP, Deputy General Counsel for Employment, Litigation, and Ethics, and Associate General Counsel with responsibilities for employment-related legal issues and the Ethics and Compliance program. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Erica worked as a Shareholder and Associate at Littler, where defense and advisement on employment law were the primary focus, and as an Attorney at Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, specializing in appellate practice and insurance litigation defense. Erica holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
