Unmesh Deshmukh

Unmesh Deshmukh is an experienced senior executive in the cybersecurity and cloud services sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Prisma Cloud for JAPAC at Palo Alto Networks since January 2021. Unmesh has a robust background in cloud security, previously holding the position of Regional Vice President at Akamai Technologies, where responsibilities included leading the Cloud Security business in APJ. Prior to that, Unmesh held various leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Symantec, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Digital Equipment, and Par Computers, focusing on security sales and enterprise accounts across multiple regions. Unmesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from VYWS College of Engineering.
