Valentin Guadarrama

Valentin Guadarrama is a seasoned professional in international benefits management, currently serving as the Senior International Benefits Manager for EMEA, APAC, and LATAM at Confluent since 2021. Previously, Valentin held the position of Senior Manager for EMEA Benefits Programs & Employee Experience at Palo Alto Networks, with a focus on the innovation, design, and implementation of benefits programs across approximately 25 countries. His extensive experience includes significant roles at Tesla, UPS, and Cadbury Schweppes Bottling Group, where Valentin developed and managed employee benefits initiatives, compensation strategies, and organizational effectiveness projects. Valentin holds degrees in Actuarial Science from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and in Total Rewards from Vlerick Business School, along with additional education in Dutch from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven.
