Danielle de Asis-Piñon, MS, SHRM-CP has worked in a variety of human resources roles throughout their career. Danielle is currently the Human Resources Director at PAM Health, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Mavagi Enterprises, Inc. and E.Q.U.I.P. Enterprises, Inc. from January 2022 to September 2022. From July 2020 to December 2021, they served as the Human Resource Manager at Del Mesa Carmel. Danielle has worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the Southern California Conference from March 2018 to August 2020. Before that, they were an Administrative Coordinator at the Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing from February 2014 to February 2018. Danielle began their career as an Administrative Assistant at California State University, Northridge from June 2007 to February 2014, and they also served as the Director of Information Resources at CSUN University Ambassadors from May 2008 to May 2009. Danielle de Asis-Piñon holds a Master's Degree in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix, which was obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge, from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Danielle also holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, obtained in December 2019. Danielle also has a Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from SERVESAFE LTD, obtained in 2021. Additionally, Danielle has completed the Veterans at Work program offered by SHRM Foundation.
