S.h. Seprinaldi

Seprinaldi, S.H. has a diverse work experience in human resources and education. Seprinaldi, began their career in 2013 with Pamapersada Nusantara, where they held various positions, including Human Capital General Services Dept Head, Human Capital Section Head, Human Capital Services Section Head, Industrial Relation Officer, and Human Capital Development Officer. Their responsibilities in these roles included overseeing and coordinating activities in the Human Capital department, managing employee services and benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing organization development and talent management programs. Before joining Pamapersada Nusantara, Seprinaldi worked as an Assistant Staff for Education and Training at the Universitas Islam Indonesia from 2011 to 2012.

Seprinaldi, S.H. obtained their Bachelor of Law degree (Sarjana Hukum) in the field of Law from Universitas Islam Indonesia, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Management from Telkom University starting in 2023.

As for their additional certifications, Seprinaldi obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they received a certification in Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat from PERADI. In 2015, they completed the Human Capital Development Program from Pamapersada Nusantara. In 2018, they acquired the Industrial Relation Management Development Program from PT Astra International Tbk.

In 2019, Seprinaldi obtained the Industrial Relation Junior Analyst Certificate from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi. In 2021, they completed the Training Talent Development Program from Dunamis Organization Services and received the Sertifikasi Okupansi Industri Site Human Capital Section Head from Pamapersada Nusantara.

Moreover, in 2022, they attained the Astra First Line Management Program (AFMP) from PT Astra International Tbk and the PAMA Leaders Development Initiative (PADI) Junior from Pamapersada Nusantara. Finally, in 2023, Seprinaldi obtained the Pengawas Operasional Pertama certification from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP).
