Stephen Ferrara

Stephen Ferrara serves as General Counsel at PanAgora Asset Management since October 2019, previously holding the positions of Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining PanAgora, Stephen was an Associate at Dechert LLP from September 2015 to October 2019 and also served as Counsel & Vice President at State Street Global Advisors from September 2014 to September 2015. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate at Dechert LLP and a Secunded Associate at Fidelity Investments. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Boston University.
