Mike Korenugin

Mike Korenugin has a diverse work experience in various product management roles. Mike started their career as a Product Manager at Astorex, where they launched a website but struggled to convert website visits into demos. Mike then worked as a Project Manager at IM Action, implementing project management solutions and increasing average deal size through cross-sells. Later, Mike became the COO of IM Action, adding new services to the company portfolio and increasing average deal size further. Mike then joined Jobjet as a Product Manager, where they launched an MVP of a new product within three months. Currently, Mike is working at PandaDoc, starting as a Product Manager for the new Editor, and then transitioning to a Senior Product Manager role. Mike successfully migrated over 10,000 customers to the new Editor version while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Mike later became a Group Product Manager, focusing on deepening the product-market fit and growing activation and MRR retention. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product at PandaDoc, leading product teams and driving growth in product adoption, customer satisfaction, and MRR retention.

Mike Korenugin has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies Management from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Mike also has a Master's degree in Management of Social and Economic Systems from the same institution. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD (unfinished) in Mathematics and Statistics at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
