Olga Pashkevych

Olga Pashkevych has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Olga is currently working at PandaDoc as the Global Recruitment Lead for Product, Design & Marketing. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Recruiter at PandaDoc.

Before joining PandaDoc, Olga worked at Ring as a Lead Recruiter, responsible for a separate hiring direction that included firmware engineers, hardware engineers, image quality, optical engineers, and other vacancies. Olga reported to the Head of Recruitment and managed a team of 1 person.

Their earlier experience includes roles as an IT Recruiter at Star and IT-Staff, where they conducted direct sourcing, utilized various sourcing tools, and screened and interviewed candidates based on technical and soft skills.

Olga also has experience as an English teacher at Yappi Corporate and has worked as a freelance IT Recruiter. Olga has also volunteered at OSCE and Blagomai.

Olga Pashkevych obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English language, literature, and translation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2013. Olga then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in the same field, completing it in 2015. In 2015, Olga also took an IT Recruitment course at IT Labs. Additionally, they received a Certificate of attendance from Macmillan Education ELT for the Macmillan Education Online Conference in 2014, and completed a General English course (Advanced) at British Study Centres in 2012.
