Heng Gong

Heng Gong is an experienced professional currently serving as the Development Data Coordinator at Holy Trinity School since September 2024. Concurrently, Heng has been with PandaTree since February 2020, delivering personalized virtual tutoring and leading curriculum design initiatives. Previously, Heng was a Data Analyst Trainee at Springboard, mastering data analysis and business insights across multiple industries. Heng's career also includes a role as Program Director at the Cambridge Center for Chinese Culture, where strategic program marketing led to a significant increase in client enrollment. As a Lead Teacher, Heng mentored educators and implemented successful curricula. Heng holds a Master's Degree in Bilingual and Multilingual Education from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
