Laurie Shaw is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operations management within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Panera Bread since January 2004, Laurie has led HR initiatives across the Chicago Region and spearheaded a West Coast expansion project, providing strategic coaching and addressing employee relations issues. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Au Bon Pain, where responsibilities encompassed HR issues and training for the Midwest Region, as well as Regional Trainer at Cosi, Burger King, and Director of Operations at Burger King Corporation. Laurie holds a B.S. Degree from Lake Superior State University, with a focus on Legal Assistant studies and Tourism in Hospitality.
