Edward Maravanyika

Edward Maravanyika is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Industrials in Equity Research at Liberum since August 2022. Prior to this role, Edward held significant positions at notable firms, including Director at Citi from November 2016 to May 2022, and Director at Merrill Lynch from January 2014 to November 2015. Earlier in Edward's career, positions included Investment Analyst at Och-Ziff Capital Management from May 2007 to October 2012, and Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs from February 2001 to March 2007. Academically, Edward holds a Master of Science in International Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, as well as a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
