Boris Zinshteyn

Boris Zinshteyn, Ph.D. is Director of Research at Panorama Medicine. His extensive work in the RNA space has focused on the use of biochemistry and high-throughput sequencing methods to understand post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. Dr. Zinshteyn received his BA in Biochemistry and MS in Chemistry from Penn, where he studied RNA editing in the laboratory of Dr. Kazuko Nishikura. He earned his Ph.D. in the MIT Biology department, studying translation regulation under Dr. Wendy Gilbert, and completed his postdoctoral training with Dr. Rachel Green at Johns Hopkins, where he was awarded Damon Runyon and K99 postdoctoral fellowships.
