Vinodini Korivi

Vinodini Korivi has been with Panzer Technologies Pvt Ltd since January 2014, serving as HR and managing the employee life cycle, including employee engagement, performance assessment, industrial relations, and training and development. Prior to this role, Vinodini worked as an HR Executive, focusing on recruitment and selection processes, including candidate evaluation and onboarding. Earlier experience includes a position as HR Consultant at Nestor Sourcing Inc., where Vinodini handled end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. Vinodini holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women, completed between 2011 and 2013, and a School Secondary Certificate from St. Augustine High School.
