Suzanne Cleale

Suzanne Cleale has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Suzanne has a strong background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and has held various roles in different companies. Suzanne has worked as an Electronic Data Interchange Lead at Paradies Lagardère since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Electronic Data Interchange Analyst at LSC Communications from 2019 to 2020. Suzanne also worked as an Electronic Data Interchange Project Manager at Stitch Fix in 2019, where they successfully managed the launch of an EDI program. Suzanne has also worked in the healthcare and insurance industries, holding positions such as Senior Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group, Business Systems Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Senior System Analyst at RHA Health Services, LLC. Additionally, Suzanne has extensive experience in system analysis and support, as well as project management in the EDI field. Suzanne worked as a System Analyst and EDI Application Support at Genuine Parts Company from 2009 to 2015 and as an Integration Analyst at Liaison Technologies from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked as an EDI Specialist at InComm from 2004 to 2006 and as an EC/EDI Specialist/Team Lead/SME at Mars from 1999 to 2004.

Suzanne Cleale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Suzanne also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Southern California. Additionally, Suzanne Cleale has certifications in ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice and Tableau Desktop Certified Professional Certification from Tableau Software.
