Kriti Sen Sharma, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kriti started their career as a Member of Technical Staff at Interra Systems from June 2005 to July 2007. Kriti then worked as an Intern at Xradia, Inc. from May 2011 to August 2011, where they developed image processing algorithms and measurement techniques for X-ray micro-CT systems.

Afterwards, Kriti joined GE Healthcare as a Research Intern in their Early Identification Program from May 2012 to August 2012, where they made significant contributions to the development of GE's Metal Artifact Reduction product. Kriti continued their journey at GE Healthcare as a Lead Systems Engineer in the CT Image Quality and Algorithms Team from May 2013 to August 2015.

In 2012, Kriti became self-employed and took on the role of an Author and Blogger. Kriti authored the book "The Creative Side Hustle" and maintained a blog at gohatke.com.

Since August 2015, Kriti has been working at Paradigm4. Kriti started as a Customer Solutions Architect (Big-data) and held this position until October 2018. From October 2018 to September 2021, they served as a Senior Customer Solutions Architect, and during this time, they gained expertise in solutions architecture for Paradigm4's products. From September 2021 to April 2023, Kriti led a team as the Solutions Architect Manager, spearheading a key product line called "REVEAL: SingleCell" which received significant recognition and support from top pharma companies.

In April 2023, Kriti was promoted to the role of Director of Customer Solutions at Paradigm4, where they currently hold the position.

Kriti Sen Sharma, Ph.D. pursued higher education in the field of engineering. Kriti first attended Birla High School for their secondary education, although the specific dates are unknown. In 2001, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering in 2005. Continuing their education, in 2007, they began their studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2009. Kriti further advanced their studies at the same institution, and in 2013, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering.
